You can choose any one option and reply to the message with the corresponding serial number mentioned alongside the service.


In a few seconds, Vodafone will send you a message with an answer to your query. You may also be asked to choose from some more options to reach the exact service.


Similarly, if you dial the same number, *111#, from your postpaid mobile and press the call button, you can choose from 8 available options. Here you can look for Bill Details, Talk Plan, VAS and Services, My Delight, Internet Plan Details, My Vodafone, International Roaming and Account Update.


Vodafone users can also register at My Vodafone to gain access to multiple services online. It not only allows you to pay bills online, it also helps you to activate and deactivate services, change talk plan, view bills from last 13 months and also check the account balance.


How to Check Vodafone Balance Using USSD Codes

Internet Balance


In order to check your internet balance, dial *111*6*2#. It will help you to check Vodafone 3G data balance as well as 2G GPRS net balance validity. Information about your data plan can also be accessed through SMS. All you have to do is type BAL and send it to 144.


You will soon receive a message stating the remaining internet balance on your Vodafone number. Alternatively, you can simply dial *111# to get a list of services and you can choose the relevant options from your prepaid as well as postpaid connection.

You can also send text messages for checking GPRS data balance. Type GPRS on your phone and send it to 444 to check the data balance of your 2G or 3G connection. If you want to activate 3G services for your prepaid mobile connection, type ACT3G and send it to 144.
